Simple Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses.  We think you will be delighted with the service and quality training and assessment we provide. We want you to have the best possible experience with us.

At the point when you purchase a course with us you consent to our Privacy Policy, refund policy, and agree if you have a complaint or query to follow our policies and procedures (as shown on our policies page)

Our refund policy is as per the following: 

Our refund policy is as follows:

 

  • Self-paced Learning

 

    • Once you have purchased the course, refund requests will not be accepted, and we do not provide any refund. Courses purchased online can be refunded within 14 days unless course learning materials have been accessed by logging into our VQ Manager system. 

 

  • For Instructor-Led Training

 

    • Refund requests will be accepted, within 14 days of the course being purchased, less £50 deposit, however, you can move to an alternative date if there is availability up to one week before the date of the course. Refunds are available up to 14 days before the course is due to run, and no refunds will be offered after this time.

    • Courses can be postponed with written agreement from us, without a refund being offered.

  • For EPA (End Point Assessment)

 

    • We invoice once the EPA is booked in and payment is due on the 1st of the following month. Partly completed EPAs will also be invoiced.

    • Any cancellations on the day will be charged in full (as we will incur costs such as paying the assessor and work completed in advance of the EPA). Any cancellations within 2 working days of the EPA will be charged at 50%.

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy without notice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events in unforeseeable circumstance, such as sickness and in the unlikely event that we can't deliver your course, a full refund will be sent within 7-10 working days from the date of your cleared payment.
