Recruitment Resourcer L2 EPA
ST0321 Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship End Point Assessment.
The apprentice will need to achieve the following qualifications as specified in the standard prior to Gateway, along with Maths and English at Level 1 and a minimum of 12 months on programme.
• Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
• Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing.

The end-point assessment for Recruitment Resourcer is made up of 2 components that must be taken in the following order:
​
1. Resourcing project assignment (RPA). The resourcing project assignment is made up of 2 parts: a) Research, compose and place a job advert b) Answer 3 supplementary questions. Within 7 days of progressing to end point assessment, the apprentice will be given a job description, person specification and a client profile and will be asked to compose a job advert of 350 words (+/-10%). The apprentice will then answer 3 supplementary questions which will further test their knowledge, skills and behaviours. The answers to the supplementary questions will have a total word count of 1100 (+/-10%). The resourcing project assignment must be submitted for assessment within 3 weeks of gateway. It will be marked and graded in preparation for calculating the overall grade once the professional discussion has taken place.

2. Professional discussion, which has a 1-hour duration and is a structured meeting, led by the end-point assessor. This will be completed on Zoom or Teams.

There are 3 possible grades for the end-point assessment: fail, pass and distinction.
