End Point Assessment.

EPA components:​​​​

Presentation with Questions. Once the apprentice has been given the presentation subject by the independent assessor, they will have up to 6 weeks to complete their presentation and any supporting materials. The apprentice must submit any presentation materials to the EPAO by the end of week 7 of the EPA period. 

​

The presentation must cover the following themes:

• Recruitment processes

• Stakeholder engagement and management

• Organisational strategy

• Technology and software

                 

Professional Discussion underpinned by a Portfolio of Evidence.

 In the professional discussion, the independent assessor and apprentice have a formal two-way conversation. It gives the apprentice the opportunity to demonstrate the KSBs mapped to this assessment method. The apprentice can refer to and illustrate their answers with evidence from their portfolio of evidence.
